Assist RE, supervise irrigation construction, manage contracts, ensure quality.

Tasks

-Supervise site inspection staff. -Monitor the quality of materials and workmanships. -Supervise Contractor’s works to achieve and maintain required O&M, construction in accordance with the Contract Documents. -Record and display progress versus program. -Ensure correctness and completeness of as-built drawings. -Prepare progress report. -Observe site safety practices. -Review Contractor’s submissions. -Participate in contract administration. -Generally assist RE and deputize when required. -Check measure of work done. -Provide all necessary on-site direction and issue site instructions.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 8 years post graduate experience in site supervision, and construction management of major infrastructure/ community development projects within UAE preferably Dubai. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering discipline. -Demonstrable experience in all aspects of civil supervision of major road and general infrastructure projects preferably in Dubai. -Excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills in English. -Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software. -Well aware of requirements specified in the Contract Documents and following applicable duties pertained to applied category. -Must have sound knowledge about contractual relationships.
