Tasks
The Leasing Manager drives all leasing and marketing initiatives, manages the leasing team, and partners with the Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations. This role combines leasing strategy, marketing execution, team leadership, and resident engagement. -Oversee move-in/move-out processes, roommate matching, and resident communications. -Oversee lease approvals, renewals, and maintain data accuracy in Entrata -Recruit, train, and coach leasing staff to deliver exceptional service and meet leasing goals. -Monitor leasing metrics, conversion rates, and resident retention to refine strategies. -Maintain marketing calendars, community branding, and goal boards. -Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including campus events, social media, print/digital advertising, and referral programs. -Support the Community Manager with property operations, administrative duties, and reporting. -Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing adjustments. -Assist with resident events, promotions, and ensure successful execution. -Conduct weekly meetings, provide performance feedback, and mentor staff for career growth. -Approve content for newsletters and social media before publication. -Ensure Fair Housing compliance and adherence to University Partners’ standards. -Participate in budget planning and data collection for financial oversight. -Lead all leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and renewals -Maintain accurate leasing, renewal, and marketing records. -Collaborate with Market Director and Community Manager on leasing performance and strategic initiatives. -Manage daily office operations, team schedules, and coverage. -Ensure proper follow-up on work orders and maintenance requests.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Entrata/Yardi preferred. -Skilled in rent calculations, pro-rations, occupancy metrics, and basic reporting. -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities. -Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills. -Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of related experience/training, or equivalent combination. -Proven experience in student housing leasing and marketing. -Able to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and accept constructive feedback.
