What You Bring

-Extensive experience of working in a commercial learning and development / organisational effectiveness professional role within a complex, multi-contracted diverse culture -Deep understanding of adult learning, behavioural science, and leadership theory, experiential learning cycle and Kirkpatrick evaluation model. -Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; or equivalent CIPD or business experience -Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development at scale in complex organisations (including blended and digital learning). Using data and insight to inform and strengthen approach. -Business Acumen -Microsoft suite including Power Point, Excel, Planner, Teams, Word and Co-pilot -Problem Solving -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Negotiation and Conflict resolution -Leadership development solutions, models and methods of learning -Strong strategic thinking (both ‘big picture’ and longer term) with ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measure results -Extensive experience of design, delivery and evaluation of a full range of learning portfolio (including blended learning), encompassing leadership, management, professional and culture. -Learning Management software and various technologies and tools that support remote and blended learning environments. -Commercial acumen (funding, structuring of training, supplier approach)
