The Role

Overview

Oversee field operations, installation teams, enforce standards, and act as liaison between engineering and site crews.

Tasks

-Manage daily tasks and priorities for on-site teams. -Lead team of network engineers, providing guidance and training. -Interface with Engineers, Project Management, and Safety teams. -Enforce safety practices, QA/QC standards, and accurate documentation. -Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners. -Support material tracking, issue resolution, and field performance reviews.

What You Bring

-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project). -FOA CFOT, BICSI Tech, or OSHA 30 strongly preferred. -3+ years in network infrastructure. -Must be able to see and distinguish different colors, read small print, and hear and recognize audible signals such as dial tones. -Excellent communication and organizational skills. -Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency. -Regular attendance is mandatory -Must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s). -Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional, and help create, develop, and implement project process improvement(s). -4-6+ years of field experience in telecom or cabling infrastructure. -Must be able to work at various heights on a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds. -Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read, write, and give oral presentation(s). -Must meet Company minimum driving standards. -Proven leadership capabilities and mentorship experience.
