Tasks
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO Ireland and the wider Operations Team. This part-time role is pivotal in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will act as a central point of contact, representing Aramark with professionalism and discretion, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. -Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. -Conduct research and prepare documents for review by the CEO. -Manage expense submissions and liaise with travel agents to create detailed itineraries. -Facilitate meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up actions. -Provide high-level administrative support including complex calendar and diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. -Prepare board papers, briefing packs, presentations, and internal/external communications. -Organise hospitality for meetings and events, both on- and off-site. -Coordinate the CEO’s online presence and communications. -Support once-off projects and assist in event planning. -Serve as the primary contact for the CEO, leveraging internal relationships and corporate knowledge to work efficiently. -Assist in compiling departmental reports and summarising data from various sources. -Maintain file systems, manage emails, and perform general administrative duties.

What You Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar executive support role. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Effective meeting coordination and minute-taking skills. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. -Proven ability to handle confidential business information and personnel data with discretion. -Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. -Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through. -Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation and with external partners. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel (including financial graphs). -Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
