What You Bring

-Special Inspector License Required -BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 10+ years experience and registered PE license -Must be hands on and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc. -Asphalt Pavement Evaluations -Must have experience in a minimum of three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades and fenestration -Must have experience with managing projects independently and leading a team -Painting and Waterproofing -Must have the ability to communicate efficient and affectively orally and written with other staff members and clients
