Overview

Develop, test, integrate real-time embedded C++ flight software for VxWorks systems.

Tasks

-Prepare for and support the transition of the program into a classified environment. -Collaborate with systems, hardware, and test teams to ensure seamless software integration. -Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives. -Support software verification and validation in lab environments and on flight hardware. -Design and implement real-time embedded software in C++ for VxWorks-based systems. -Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated builds and testing.

What You Bring

-Must be able to work on-site (9/80 schedule). -Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance. -Familiarity with Agile software development practices. -Knowledge of Command & Telemetry systems. -Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools. -Familiarity with specific development environments and tools is a plus. -Experience in Flight Software development. -Proficiency in C++ development for embedded systems. -Hands-on experience with VxWorks 6.0 or greater. -Strong understanding of real-time embedded systems. -Experience developing software for space applications or satellite systems. -Proficient in Git for version control.
