Tasks
-Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive People Business Unit initiatives. -Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and analytics to meet their needs. -Maintain data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive data. -Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS (Nitro), ADP, employee surveys and other relevant systems. -Provide training and guidance to team members on data analysis tools and techniques. -Monitor, clean-up and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. -Assist in developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data and insights to stakeholders.

What You Bring
-Expertise in building business acumen to drive effective collaboration -Excellent problem solving skills and strong quantitative and analytical competency -2+ years of experience in an analytical role (HR experience or internal / external consulting experience preferred) -Strong capability to make informed and timely decisions -Must be a self-starter with excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Proficient with Microsoft Excel -Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred -High School Diploma or GED Required -Proficiency in Tableau is a plus. -Proficient with Apple iWork Suite preferred -The People Analytics Specialist works in an office environment
