Tasks

We Are Hiring! As an Installations Technician, you will deliver cutting edge full fibre broadband installation and repair services, prioritising a seamless customer experience and ensuring Circet's industry-leading standards of health & safety are upheld. -Expertly perform full broadband installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to quality and industry standards. -Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring all interactions with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders are professional and solution focused. -Work outdoors in a very physically demanding role and potentially adverse weather conditions to complete multiple installations per day. -Conduct site inspections to assess installation feasibility, evaluate infrastructure conditions, and provide risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. -Organise your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely and efficient installations and repairs, aligning with client expectations and business goals. -Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction levels. -Consistently meet Circet's safety standards, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks in the field. -Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and collaborating with colleagues and managers to improve performance and enhance customer experience.

What You Bring

All applicants must hold a full clean driving license (manual). Full training will be provided -Good base understanding of the importance of Health & Safety in engineering. -A telecoms background is preferred, but we will train technicians who are brand new to the industry with the right attitude, personality and transferrable skillset. -You are required to devote sufficient time to reasonably and properly perform the roles and duties of Installer and to perform your duties in an efficient, trustworthy and business-like manner. -Full Clean Driving License (Manual). -Ability to excel in a very physically demanding role that requires regular pole/ladder climbing, working underground and manual handling of heavy weight in potentially adverse weather conditions. -Strong customer-facing skills and ability to interpret customer requirements regardless of their technical knowledge.
