Tasks

-Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. -Correspondence: Draft, send, and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the employer. -Errands and Personal Tasks: Handle shopping, reservations, and personal errands as needed. -Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times. -Document Management: Maintain and organize personal and professional records, receipts, files, and other documentation. -Task and Project Management: Assist with ongoing personal and professional projects, ensuring deadlines are met. -Liaison Duties: Communicate with vendors, service providers, staff, and other stakeholders as a representative of the employer. -Household Coordination (if applicable): Oversee domestic staff, maintenance appointments, and household logistics. -Travel Arrangements: Organize travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to [an individual / executive / entrepreneur / public figure]. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Valid driver's license (if travel or errands are required) -Knowledge of project management tools or CRM systems -Professional demeanor and appearance -High level of attention to detail -Discretion and trustworthiness; you will often be party to confidential information -Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload -Bilingual or multilingual skills (if relevant) -Experience supporting high-level executives or entrepreneurs -Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and productivity tools -Excellent organizational and time management skills
