What You Bring

-Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred -Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach -Experience in Customer Service Management, including resolving queries and complaints effectively -Previous experience in a similar customer service role is advantageous -Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships -Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
