What You Bring

-A H&S qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH, First Aid at Work) -Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and risk assessments -Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and stakeholder-facing -A willingness to travel to multiple sites across the UK -IWFM membership (or working towards) -Background in office moves, fit outs or facilities project work -Experience delivering audits, inspections or procedure development -Confident IT literacy (Microsoft applications, systems use, reporting tools) -Familiarity with ISO standards or management systems -Procurement experience or related qualifications -Experience managing suppliers and contractors -Strong organisational skills and composure in a fast-paced environment -Experience line managing and developing team members
