Reporting to the Head of Property, you will play a lead role in optimising site utilisation, ensuring asset performance, and delivering strategic property outcomes.

You will manage lease negotiations, rent reviews, tenant relationships and property compliance, while contributing to long-term land use and revenue strategies.

  • Conduct rent reviews and deliver accurate financial and operational reporting
  • Develop and implement strategic property and lease management plans
  • Work collaboratively across internal stakeholders, consultants, and government bodies
  • Negotiate and manage commercial and industrial leases, licences, and agreements
  • Oversee property data integrity and risk management processes
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure compliance with lease obligations

This role will require a high level of lease management and knowledge; previous experience in the legal & leasing side is very highly regarded.

An established private infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse and high-value commercial and industrial property portfolio across key assets.

  • Excellent understanding of NSW property legislation and lease documentation
  • Qualifications in property, business, or a related discipline
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Current driver’s licence and vehicle is required
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial property management (8+ years)
  • Proficiency with property management systems
