Reporting to the Head of Property, you will play a lead role in optimising site utilisation, ensuring asset performance, and delivering strategic property outcomes.

You will manage lease negotiations, rent reviews, tenant relationships and property compliance, while contributing to long-term land use and revenue strategies.

Conduct rent reviews and deliver accurate financial and operational reporting
Develop and implement strategic property and lease management plans
Work collaboratively across internal stakeholders, consultants, and government bodies
Negotiate and manage commercial and industrial leases, licences, and agreements
Oversee property data integrity and risk management processes
Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure compliance with lease obligations

This role will require a high level of lease management and knowledge; previous experience in the legal & leasing side is very highly regarded.

An established private infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse and high-value commercial and industrial property portfolio across key assets.

Excellent understanding of NSW property legislation and lease documentation
Qualifications in property, business, or a related discipline
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Current driver’s licence and vehicle is required
Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial property management (8+ years)
Proficiency with property management systems
