Assistant Store Supervisor

Overview

Assist store manager with admin, customer service, order fulfilment and inventory tasks

Key Responsibilities

• complaint reporting

Tasks

-Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures -Administration duties including data entry and email management -Creating Quotes -Picking & Packing customer orders -Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained -Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone

• trade experience
• sap
• police check
• working rights

What You Bring

-Forklift License -Prior experience in building services within the retail or commercial space -Valid Driver’s Licence -Previous trade experience is highly desirable -Full/unrestricted Australian working rights -Experience in the use of SAP -Valid Police Check -Experience working in a highly unionised environment -Successful completion of pre-employment medical
