Tasks
-Support solutions marketing launch development plans and ensures efficient and effective execution together with the Local Sales Units. -Analyze customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market. Develops and implements business strategies for newly defined areas in alignment with the strategies of solution unit and corresponding teams. -Establish and maintain close dialogue with customer base and key prospects for the purpose of recommending novel technical solutions. -Participate in internal work groups to share know-how, processes, and market information. -Manage the complete Control portfolio to make sure its proper market positioning and proper handling of dedicated offers. -Identifies strategic partnership opportunities with local and global players. -Guarantee the achievement of year end targets for Industry and Control AU and Control portfolio in terms of OR, Rev, E2E margin and NPV. -Identify new business opportunities and create business cases for Solutions, in terms of both offering and channel to market. -Working closely with customers in Industry, Machinery Control and Safety applications, analyze and understand market trends and customer requirements in specific segments and their needs in terms of a comprehensive Solution -Collaborate with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in the implementation of initiatives.

What You Bring
-Previous experience working in an Agile / Scrum oriented workforce is a plus -A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in electrical engineering and a solid technical background in electrical systems. -Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a global business environment, in Sales & Marketing in the field of low voltage systems and products. Experience in Motor Starting and Safety products is a must. -Excellent skills in teamworking and communication, negotiation, and leadership attitude. -Availability for business travel (approximately 30%). -High analytical orientation, together with a strong customer-focused mindset and willpower that contribute to our future success. -Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
