Tasks

The resource will play a critical role in managing end-to-end HR operations for the Center of Knowledge and Development (CKD) and contribute to driving Group-wide Learning & Development initiatives. The role requires an HR generalist with a strong grounding in core HR functions, employee lifecycle management, and exposure to talent management, organizational development, and L&D interventions. -Collaborate with the Head – HR to set up L&D programs tailored to organizational needs. -Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and belonging. -Contribute to reviewing and updating HR policies, ensuring they remain employee-friendly and business-aligned. -Support organizational design and workforce planning efforts with business leaders. -Oversee issuance of employment-related letters (appointment, confirmation, experience, visa, NOC, etc.). -Support harmonization of people practices across the group. -Track training effectiveness and ensure knowledge-sharing mechanisms across entities. -Administer HRIS (Darwinbox preferred), leveraging it for efficient operations and insightful reporting. -Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies. -Conduct pulse surveys and leverage people analytics to generate insights and recommendations for leadership. -Assist in designing and administering compensation structures and benefits packages. -Partner with managers to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent. -Drive smooth onboarding, induction, and assimilation experiences for new hires.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to generate insights. -Hands-on experience with HRMS tools; Darwinbox preferred. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Ability to balance operational discipline with strategic thinking. -Education: MBA in HR / Psychology from a reputed institution. -Proven experience managing a workforce of at least 250 employees. -Experience: 5–7 years in core HR management roles, with demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and exposure to L&D/talent management.
