Tasks

-Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and onboarding. -Meet or exceed sales targets and activity benchmarks in a competitive, fast-paced environment. -Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with Metronet’s offerings. -Share market insights and customer feedback to help shape strategy and drive team success. -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and deal progression in Salesforce. -Leverage data and insights from Salesforce and other tools to inform your sales approach, prioritize opportunities, and drive smarter decisions. -Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients—become a trusted advisor. -Participate in regular Individual Business Meetings (IBMs) with your Sales Manager to review performance and align on goals. -Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation and long-term customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. -Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. -Minimum of 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology. -Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory or vertical. -Valid driver’s license required; travel may be required based on territory. -Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. -Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
