Overview

Create 3D models, parts, and drawings using AutoCAD/Inventor for manufacturing.

Tasks

-Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings to 3D models using Autodesk Inventor. -Create parts and assemble them in CAD. -Answer questions from the shop as they arise during production. -Create cut lists and hardware lists.

What You Bring

-Experience with AutoCAD 2D and drafting. -Ability to read and understand technical prints and drawings. -1+ years of experience in creating parts and assemblies in CAD. -1+ years of experience with an AA degree in detailing or drafting, or 3+ years of detailing and drafting on-the-job experience. -ERP experience and understanding of bend tolerances. -Experience working with schematics involving sheet metal or steel. -Familiarity with Solidworks, mechanical production, and CAD link. -Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor 3D. -Experience in BOM generation, drawing creation, and working with sheet metal and steel. -2+ years of experience in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
