Tasks

-Responsible for independently verifying the accuracy and quality of all hardware listed on the Tally Sheet for a specified load. -Maintain cleanliness of working area. -Must follow and support all safety rules. -Responsible to assure that all required documentation is properly filled our and signed prior to the release of the load for transport.

What You Bring

-Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, stand, crouch, and kneel, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear for extended periods of time, usually the entire shift. The employee must be able to lift 75 pounds on a consistent basis. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. -Must have the ability to plan loads and read loadsheets. -Gloves, Steel Toe Boots, Safety Glasses, Sleeves when loading -Must be able to work flexible hours including early start times or later end times, Saturdays and overtime as required. -Must be able to read and understand shipping schedules, comprehend both written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment. -Must be able to pass a drug screen.
