At Potensis, our Associate Consultants own their desks, build relationships with senior professionals, and earn commission from day one. -Work with a driven, ambitious team to exceed targets -Build long-term relationships with senior professionals -Negotiate deals, close placements, and grow your market presence -Manage the full recruitment cycle – from client development to placements
