Overview
Perform electrical/mechanical maintenance on plant and building services across multiple sites.

Tasks
-Deputise for the Shift Leader during absences and support departmental health and safety initiatives. -Work with three-phase systems (up to 440V), motors, gearboxes, valves, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. -Provide technical support on heavy industrial machines and overhead cranes. -Liaise with site services to resolve building-related issues. -Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and building services. -Use mobile devices and CAFM systems to manage and complete maintenance tasks. -Identify and manage risks, update technical drawings, and improve machinery performance. -Conduct fault finding and preventative maintenance on various types of machinery.

What You Bring
-IPAF certification -Ability to write risk assessments, method statements, and permits -PLC diagnostics and repair skills -Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent) -Electrical qualifications (City & Guilds 236 Pt 1-2, 18th Edition or equivalent) -Working at Height qualification -Be available for overtime, including nights and weekends, as required. -NVQ Level 2 in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines -Experience in heavy engineering -Contractor supervision experience -Hydraulic and pneumatic systems expertise -AP qualifications -Experience with 3-phase motors, drives, inverters -Strong background in manufacturing maintenance -Recognised or time-served apprenticeship
