- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Assist in resolving technical or coordination issues on-site.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and Irish building regulations.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship.
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, labour hours, and site issues.

- Full, clean driving licence (desirable).
- Fully qualified plumber or mechanical craftsperson with relevant certifications (e.g. CSCS Carded, Manual Handling).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
