Tasks
-Provide security architecture support to project management of site projects -Research and recommend tools and practices that will improve security for Lutron facilities -Manage and direct security service providers -Track and report on security metrics -Ensure adequate coverage and capability to detect and respond to security or emergency incidents at Lutron locations -Support investigations and site assessments -Serve as contact with law enforcement and first responders on all security matters -Ensure site security programs comply with Lutron’s global security policies -Develop, implement, and track security training for employees and contractors -Actively communicate potential security threats to impacted employees -Ensure corrective actions are recommended and implemented where necessary (including incidents involving external individuals)

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s Degree - preferred majors include: Administration, Business, Criminal Justice, Political Science, and Security Management -Proven experience exercising judgement and quick decision making in emergency situations -Ability to operate in a fast-paced and challenging multi-matrix environment -Spanish fluency is a plus -7+ years in the security industry with a multinational company -Experience working with multiple stakeholders, government agencies, and regulators -Experience in a manufacturing environment is required -Proficiency in investigative techniques, including interview techniques -Working knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, safety, and intrusion control systems -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Willingness and ability to travel, worldwide, up to 30% of the time -Travel to other Lutron facilities, worldwide, up to 30% of the time -PCI or other professional discipline credential or experience preferred
