Tasks

-Disassemble/remove mechanical and hydraulic components and systems and prepare them for the next step in the Production process -Transportation of disassembled components and systems to the next step in the Production process -Follow prescribed safety regulations and guidelines -Address quality defects as per the Production process -Loading drill rigs and corresponding components and systems in preparation for shipment -Maintain work related records and reports -Maintain the cleanliness of the assembly area and perform 5S activities -Detect and report defective materials, faulty operation, and unusual conditions to immediate Supervisor -Identify and report safety risks -Rigging and lifting of components using a crane -Move rigs/towers from one location to another following appropriate procedures -Train new hires -Develop processes

-Knowledge of safe working practices in a manufacturing environment -Able to work individually or as part of a team -Basic knowledge of troubleshooting -Basic computer skills including MS Office, ERP Systems, etc. -Knowledge of mechanical components/systems -Knowledge of safe rigging and crane operation -Problem solver -Required to read, write and comprehend English -Able to use and comprehend specifications and processes -Knowledge of electrical components/systems -Hand and power tools -Knowledge of hydraulic components/systems -Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing preferred
