Tasks

-Work cooperatively with other team members, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers -Make decisions on design and engineering procedures -Manage multiple traffic tasks and projects within scope, schedule, and budget -Perform complex traffic engineering tasks and exercise sound engineering judgment -Collaborate effectively with team members, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers -Conduct operational traffic analysis using tools like Synchro/SimTraffic, VISTRO, and VISSIM, analyzing intersections, roundabouts, urban arterials, and freeway segments -Prepare clear and accurate technical reports, construction plans, specifications, and estimates from start to finish -Prepare comprehensive traffic impact analysis reports -Function as a technical specialist on mid to large scale projects -Lead a traffic team through various traffic forecasting, analysis, and design projects

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience with Synchro/SimTraffic, VISTRO, and/or VISSIM -Excellent communication, written and organizational skills -Ability to multitask while working on many projects at once -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering -15+ years traffic analysis and traffic engineering design
