AutoCAD 2D design support for national infrastructure projects.

Tasks
-Understand and help to implement all relevant health and safety policies and arrangements based upon the policies -Take reasonable care of yourself and any other person who may be affected by your actions and omissions -Make recommendations for further investigation work -Prepare site designs to operator guidance and requirements as requested by Design Manager -Carry out further investigation work on drawings with the aid of Project Engineer Reports and Design Manager knowledge -Adopt a positive attitude, cooperate and assist the company in all aspects of Health, Safety and the Environment -Ensure all work is in accordance with GBC policies and procedures, as well as Health and Safety policies -Provide input and produce Planning and Construction drawings using AutoCAD (2D) software across multiple projects

What You Bring
-Able to record detail & complete documentation manually & electronically. -Be confident in the use of AutoCAD (2D) software -Good communication skills -Ability to develop, establish and maintain internal relationships -Must be highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data sets -Computer literate, including software packages such as Microsoft Office -Strong AutoCAD (2D) skills -Relevant Post-Graduate role - background in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building Studies / Product Design / Technical Design. -Problem-Solving skills, and positive outlook -Attention to detail -Self-motivated and proactive -Good communicator & well organised. -Work on other technical skills and abilities as required e.g. electrical design skills etc. to become a multi-skilled design technician -Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team -Time management / ability to work to deadlines
