Tasks

-Work in a team environment to collectively achieve national sales and profitability targets -Develop a Territory plan that maximizes time verse effort and delivers profitable sales -Educate customers on Eaton’s product offering and value proposition via tradeshows, industry events, lunch and learns etc -Provide quotes in conjunction with approved pricing structures -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base -Strengthen Eaton’s product and brand awareness in the market -Identify and target new customers and opportunities to achieve growth targets

What You Bring

-Highly driven and growth mindset mentality. Self starter attitude. -At least 2 years of sales experience, mix of business development and account management preferred -High level of technical and product application experience in automation or power distribution -Understand products, market segments and competitive positioning to provide input into strategic growth initiatives and business planning -Electrical knowledge, Electrical trade (preferred)
