Collaborate with Resourcing on redeployment planning, assignment readiness, and consultant career continuity.
Develop and execute a structured consultant communication strategy ensuring consistent, personalized engagement across all assignments and locations.
Strengthen consultant-facing brand consistency across LinkedIn, bios, and PTAG identity.
Promote learning, certification, and PTAG Academy opportunities.
Support newsletters, video updates, consultant announcements, and recognition campaigns.
Maintain communication throughout the consultant lifecycle including onboarding, mid-project check-ins, project completion, and reassignment.
Support 30/60/90-day check-ins and consultant integration activities.
Support Sales and BD in fostering consultant recognition and two-way communication.
Coordinate communities of practice, town halls, and consultant engagement events.
Enable Practice Lead mentorship, feedback loops, and career alignment.
Coordinate communication touchpoints across Resourcing, Practice Leads, Sales, Marketing, and Consulting Services.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
7–10 years of experience in consultant engagement, internal communications, or talent relationship management within a professional services environment.
Familiarity with engineering, construction, or project consulting environments is an asset.
Experience using CRM, ATS, or workforce communication tools.
Strong collaboration and influence across Resourcing, Marketing, Sales, and Consulting Services.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven experience supporting geographically distributed or client-embedded teams.
