The Role

Lead front desk, greet guests, supervise staff, handle admin and concierge duties.

Tasks
-Provide basic concierge services such as restaurant/entertainment recommendations, taxi/shuttle arrangements, etc., and assist with resident relations including maintenance requests, questions, and concerns. -Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents and guests at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner. -Monitor lobby activity, check in and announce guests and vendors, perform routine inspections of the building's common areas, document unusual activity, manage and maintain front desk area, lobby, and main elevators, receive and distribute resident mail and packages, and understand and implement emergency procedures when necessary. -Assist General Manager with supervision of Front Desk staff and provide administrative support, including daily reports and resident correspondences.

What You Bring
-Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor -High School diploma or GED equivalent required. College degree in hospitality or related field preferred. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. -Professional appearance and demeanor. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities. -Possess working knowledge of Association policies and procedures, including familiarity with amenities and surroundings. -2 years of customer service experience, preferably in property management or hotels. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. -Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds as needed. -Attention to detail and organizational skills. -Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. -Strong judgment and solutions-oriented -Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is preferred. -Proficient with MS Office application and property management software and systems.
