Tasks

-Oversee project forecasting, billing, and cost management activities. -Promote a culture of Safety, Quality, and Accountability throughout all project phases. -Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication. -Lead and oversee large-scale power delivery projects, often exceeding $10 million in value. -Manage all aspects of project delivery, including safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. -Mentor and support the professional development of junior project managers. -Direct field teams, subcontractors, and engineering partners to ensure project success. -Represent PAR Electric in high-level client meetings and negotiations. -Collaborate with leadership to implement operational improvements and growth strategies.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required. -Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. -Demonstrated success in managing projects exceeding $10 million in scope. -Proven leadership and team development capabilities. -5–8+ years of project management experience in large-scale electrical or utility construction. -Advanced knowledge of project controls, risk management, and cost forecasting. -Strong business acumen and client management experience.
