Tasks

-Interactive digital sales presentations used by our sales team. -Contribute to how we showcase design internally through reviews, email updates, and product demos. -Lead capture flows that surface the right home to the right buyer. -Actively measure adoption, lead performance, and sales team efficiency to improve product outcomes. -Collaborate with Analytics to measure digital tool adoption, lead performance, and conversion outcomes. -Conduct usability testing and apply data to make iterative, user-informed design decisions. -Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions. -Apply and evolve Lennar’s design system while pushing the visual craft of the team forward. -Help define what gets showcased in design reviews and executive emails, shaping internal visibility for the team. -Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, marketing, content, and analytics. -Translate user needs, product goals, and business metrics into intuitive and beautiful user experiences. -Improve sales team efficiency by simplifying workflows and clarifying next steps in the sales process. -Lead capture and follow-up experiences. -Lead the design process from concept to final visuals across web and mobile products used by both customers and sales teams.

What You Bring

-Digital sales tools for our field teams. -Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing. -Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and how they impact design decisions. -An ability to work autonomously and drive clarity in ambiguous spaces. -Curiosity and/or experience using AI tools in your design process. -This position may be eligible for commissions. -Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools. -Beautiful, conversion-optimized digital brochures. -A minimum of 5 years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably across both customer-facing and internal tools. -Internal dashboards and workflows that benefit from AI-enhanced automation and insights. -Bonus: Experience designing tools for sales enablement, lead capture, or digital marketing workflows. -Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and component systems. -Smart QR code experiences that connect buyers to communities. -Digital brochures and community landing pages. -Confidence presenting your work to stakeholders, including VPs and cross-functional teams.
