Tasks

-Replace lighting fixtures and maintain HVAC systems by cleaning coils, changing filters, and replacing belts -Complete safety assessments and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. -Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions that impact client operations and occupancy satisfaction -Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems -Assist operations teams with building and equipment maintenance as directed by management -Handle general interior maintenance including hanging pictures, whiteboards, and completing small repairs

What You Bring

-1-3 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work -Previous experience in commercial facility environments -High school diploma or equivalent -Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Energy Management Practices -Valid state driver's license. -Third-party certifications in relevant trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) -Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) -Physical capabilities to lift 80 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces.
