Follow-up of quality assurance documentation
Ensure on-time delivery of design deliverables and maintain vigilance on project schedule impacts.
Preparation of logic and interlocking documents including signal list, trip matrix, and interlock logic diagrams.

Preparation of schematic diagrams for interface equipment in the control and relay panel scheme to ensure completeness.

Review of vendor drawings and documents (technical vetting of control and relay panels and auxiliary systems).
Design of auxiliary power systems — including LV AC and DC panels, auxiliary transformers, battery and charger sizing, AC/DC cable sizing, and CB selectivity studies.
Preparation of cable block diagrams.
Preparation of wiring and termination diagrams.
Works with other engineers in the project team of REC PS Team and REN Global team across various countries
CT/VT sizing, relay selection, and preparation of relay ordering codes for procurement.
Preparation of metering and protection single line diagrams (SLDs) showing design principles, relays, meters, and the functional design description.
Identification and modification of existing drawings using red and green mark-ups as per standard requirements.

Master/Bachelor of Electrical Engineering preferably high voltage or power systems engineering from recognized University
Works with Energy (power systems) team colleagues in other REN offices
Experienced in performing technical, economic, and environmental studies.
Panel engineering expertise — layouts, general arrangements (including internal views), circuit diagrams, wiring tables, terminal tables, etc.
Should have the experience of 10 to 12 years in design and planning activities for control and protection, especially in the development of HV/ EHV substation projects.
Skilled user of e3, Caddy++ (SEE Electrical), NEPLAN or similar software.,
Engineering skills with analytical approach
Should be able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues.
Knowledge of various international standards for control, metering and protection systems and equipment.
Experienced in resolving site queries, attended site meetings, and performed site inspections during the construction phase of HV substation projects.
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) / Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) of primary and secondary systems, as required.
As-built documentation.
