Tasks

-Assist managers to make them aware of company policies relating to certain management responsibilities -Assist in training staff -Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company -Conduct new hire processing and coordinate new employee set up with Corporate IT -Conduct new hire orientation in person and virtually via Microsoft Teams -Administer worker's compensation process for division -Process salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions and terminations -Ensure all HR regulations are followed -Assist with division payroll including reviewing, correcting and obtaining approval of employee timesheets -Maintain division organizational chart

What You Bring

-Ability to travel overnight -Be available to answer employee questions concerning benefits and HR policies -Ability to multi-task and provide attention to detail -Ability to work overtime -Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school -Strong verbal and written communication skills -One to three years related experience and/or training -Ability to handle confidential information -Proficiency with MS Office and email -Taleo, PeopleSoft and Microsoft Teams experience preferred
