Tasks

-Collaborate with Owners, Design Teams, and Project Management to deliver accurate preconstruction outcomes. -Prepare final contract estimates and support project award processes. -Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies. -Solicit and evaluate trade partner proposals to ensure competitive pricing. -Work directly with owners, design teams, and project managers on diverse commercial projects. -Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare detailed cost and labor estimates.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a collaborative environment. -Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. -5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Destiny Estimating (Beck Technology) is a plus.
