  • Completes proposals with a focus on accuracy and in compliance with the owner's specifications.
  • Establishes and cultivates relationships with potential clients through digital presence, cold calls, meetings, and continued follow-up. Maintains client, partner, and vendor contact information for clients, partners, and vendors
  • Creates and maintains quality marketing materials, such as presentations, newsletters, photos, images, digital campaign information, and letters. Creates and assembles proposals, Request for Quotes (RFQs), Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs,) and interview presentations.
  • Develops and executes strategic account plans for high-value clients.
  • Navigates the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, lead generation, specification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with senior management and other company marketing, operations, and business development personnel to understand key objectives, strategies, priorities, and client relationship work.
  • Creates value streams and offers services which are market competitive to the end user.
  • Develops new markets with existing clients to maintain and grow customer base, increase sales, and attain revenue goals.
  • Trains, coaches, and mentors' business development employees and other co-workers as needed. Assists in creating and modifying business processes to improve work efficiencies.
  • Travel to project sites, regionally, as needed.
  • Creates thorough documentation of customer requirements and reporting on customer behaviors and sales.

  • Proven track record of successful facility services business development on a national level. Demonstrated experience in achieving or exceeding annual sales targets and creatively winning new business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
  • CoreNet/IFMA/BOMA memberships and participation in national and regional events is preferred.
  • Can work autonomously and creatively solve problems.
  • Can flex and adapt with the growing needs of the business.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (i.e., SalesForce and PowerBI). Broad experience with other software and financial systems is desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, marketing, construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with account management, marketing and/or sales, preferably in facility services business development and growth strategy and solution, pricing, organizational design, and client relationship building and networking.
