General Laborer

Overview

Maintain cleanliness of common areas and exteriors for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• power washing
• trash removal

Tasks

-Clean building exteriors, including picking up trash and litter, removing leaves sticks or debris, cleaning dirt & graffiti, power washing, or organizing trash areas -Pull trash daily -Keep all vacant units and common areas fresh and odorless -Assist in all trades and in snow removal -Clean vacant apartments -Cleans all common areas daily, including vacuuming, dusting. Common areas include, but are not limited to: lobbies, hallways, dumpster areas, grounds, bathrooms, fire towers, laundry facilities -Replace light bulbs as necessary -Bi-monthly inventory of supplies

What You Bring

-Strong levels of communication (both written and spoken English) -Previous Custodial/Grounds experience a plus -A valid driver's license -Ability to be a team player who can work independently with minor supervision as well as part of a team -Ability to prioritize urgent projects and work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment -Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
