Tasks

-Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, materials and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. -Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption, process standardization, and change management initiatives. -Analyze and optimize Sales and Operations and Inventory Optimization Planning (SIOP). -Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) modules and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) related tools (BT Project). -Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover, material availability, and procurement cycle times to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. -Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or digital transformation projects. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. -Experience with IBP implementation. -Professional certification in a related field (e.g., APICS, PMP). -Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. -Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. -Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights. -Understanding of Sales & Operations Planning -3+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations. -Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC Materials Management (MM) module or similar ERP systems.
