Tasks

-Utilize various resources to generate sales, including marketing materials, model homes, and realtor relationships -Educate potential buyers on M/I Homes' offerings, community advantages, financing programs, and more -Stay informed about market trends and competitors to maintain M/I Homes' industry-leading position -Convert visiting customers to new home communities into future homeowners -Act as the primary point of contact for homebuyers, providing support from initial meeting to home closing -Maintain M/I Homes' brand image by monitoring community appearance and home maintenance -Collaborate with internal teams and attend division meetings to ensure effective communication and a seamless homebuilding process

-Exhibits adaptability, confidence, creativity, resiliency, Self-motivated and customer-service oriented -Strong communication including active listening, observation, negotiation, selling and organizational skills -Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to adapt to new technology -Must have a personal cell phone for business use and a valid driver's license -Ability to demonstrate homes with multiple levels and varying stages of development -Ability to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and customer service goals with minimal supervision -Associate's degree preferred but not required. Equivalent training in sales and marketing -Goal-oriented with ability to balance individual and collaborative team work -Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
