Tasks

-Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data to ensure the annual electric capital construction workplan is delivered effectively by contracted resources. -Contract Analysis: Analyze, interpret, and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with all agreements. -Contract Review: Review contracts and specifications for updates, making sure everything is up to date. -Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues, address concerns, and present your findings to internal and external stakeholders. -Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with external contractors and internal teams, including Construction, Project/Program Management, Procurement, Engineering, Safety, and Emergency Planning. -KPI Development: Develop, refine, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success. -Specification Support: Support the development and review of construction specifications to ensure they meet our standards.

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license required with a safe driving history that meets National Grid’s Safe Driver policy -Work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (such as sponsorship for an H-1B, TN, O, L, STEM OPT, or other employment-based work authorization) -Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Legal Studies or Pre-Law, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution -Ability to begin the National Grid Graduate Program on June 8, 2026, or July 13, 2026 -Work ethic that includes flexibility, teamwork, and continuous improvement. -High level of personal initiative, an ability to interact with company personnel, external vendors, in a positive, team building manner. -Ability to successfully prioritize and handle multiple tasks and be comfortable navigating through ambiguity. -Graduated between May 2025 and June 2026 -Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) -Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
