Tasks

-Contribute to data management and reporting efforts within Microsoft Dynamics ensuring accurate marketing and pursuit records. -Manage workload scheduling to meet multiple concurrent deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. -Oversee the full proposal lifecycle — from opportunity racking and go/no-go evaluation through strategy, writing, review, production, and delivery. -Partner with technical staff, practice leaders, and business development teams to develop winning strategies and pursuit materials. -Supervise, mentor, and support a team of proposal coordinators to ensure consistent quality, workload balance, and professional growth. -Ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements. -Ensure alignment with firm brand standards and messaging. -Lead the preparation of federal and state forms, including SF254, SF255, and SF330. -Collaborate with leadership on key strategic pursuits and business development initiatives. -Maintain and enhance firmwide proposal tools, templates, and best practices for continuous improvement.

What You Bring
