Tasks

-Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. -Manage electrical scope within nuclear projects, including estimates, schedules, progress tracking, and resource planning. -Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical training and development programs. -Perform engineering analyses such as load flow, short circuit, arc flash, and protective relay settings using industry-standard tools. -Develop emergency response plans for electrical system failures and support operational readiness. -Lead the design and development of electrical systems including power distribution, instrumentation and control, and DC systems. -Conduct inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and oversee maintenance and repair activities. -Prepare and review technical documentation, procurement specifications, and vendor proposals.

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in the nuclear industry. -Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred. -Familiarity with nuclear regulatory requirements and safety standards. Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD, MATLAB). -Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
