Manage end‑to‑end UPS/data‑center projects, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination.

Tasks

-Co-ordinate with Safety officer and must ensure 100% EHS at site (including all the parties hired). -Develop detailed project scope, objectives and timelines ensuring all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Making project execution plan and getting approval from client. Must have experience in project planning tools including resource allocations and managing dependancies. -Ensuring on time documentation and HOD submission. -Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. -Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. -Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (I&C Contractor/ASP's) for the flawless execution of projects. -Making good professional relations with clients, consultants and vendors to help in smooth execution of projects -Verification of vendor bills / approval process till payment to vendors. Must ensure on time vendor bill submission till payment.12. Job Requires extended working hours at site & the person should be flexible to be avaiable to customer for such need of Hour( as & when arises)" -Ensure resource availability and allocation -Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. -Close co-ordination with factory and logistics team to ensure smooth material delivery, unloading and placement.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of UPS, Electrical SLD analysis and end to end Data Centre projects execution -Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline including crisis management in critical situations. -The ability to remain professional under pressure. -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Proven working experience as a project manager in same industry -BE in Electrical / Electronics with 6-8 yrs of experience or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics with 09-10 yrs of experience in Data Center COLO turney key project execution. -Technical Diploma or BE or BTech. -Proficiency in project management software and tools.PMP certification will be value addition. Excellent listening, customer service, negotiation and team handling skills. -Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience of end to end project management . Should have Knowledge & Hand own experince in CAD/Drawings submission -Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.7.Strong Data Management skill- MS Office , AI Tools etc. -Superb work ethic and growth mindset.
