-Lead daily operations across all Soft FM services within the mess. -Coordinate functions and events, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction. -Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. -Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and stock control to meet financial targets. -Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times. -Drive excellence in health & safety, food safety, and compliance standards. -Manage team performance, training, and development, fostering a positive workplace culture.

What You Bring
