Tasks

-Provide guidance and training to site personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. -Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications. -Maintain comprehensive records of quality activities and prepare reports for management and stakeholders. -Review and approve quality documentation, including test reports, inspection logs, and non-conformance reports. -Coordinate with external inspectors, regulatory agencies, and third-party consultants to facilitate compliance inspections and certifications. -Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality trends, identifying risks, and recommending process enhancements. -Develop, implement, and manage the project Quality Control Plan (QCP) in alignment with contract requirements and industry standards. -Collaborate with project management, engineering, and site teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.

What You Bring

Amico Affiliates is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead quality assurance and control efforts on the ECWE-SRS project. The QC Manager will ensure that all construction activities meet established standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements, while fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement. -Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction quality control/assurance, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects. -Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices. -Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and documentation standards. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environment.
