Assist leasing office, ensure affordable housing compliance, qualify tenants, and manage move‑ins.

Tasks

-Complete compliance reports as requested and required. -Meet all deadlines in a timely manner as required under the various compliance regulations. -Support Compliance and Leasing team members as needed. -Work collaboratively and effectively with regulatory housing compliance representatives.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of affordable housing industry compliance software program(s) required for processing state, federal applications. -OR AHMOR AHM (Assisted Housing Manager) -SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management) -Basic Accounting skills with understanding of receivables, payables, and ability to assess incomes in relation to compliance regulations. -HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) -Minimum High School/GED equivalent required. -Excellent customer service skills to assist internal and external customers. -Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); accurate data entry and proofreading skills. -Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills to meet required deadlines. -Willingness to learn and train on other housing compliance programs needed. -Prior Yardi Voyager experience with affordable housing modules preferred; OR other housing compliance software skills with willingness to quickly learn Yardi. -Minimum 1 to 3 years prior Affordable Housing experience preferred. -Prior experience with Low-Income Tax Credit, HUD Section 8 & other HUD programs.
