Tasks

-Assist in BOQ preparation and project specifications. -Convert 3D renders and sketches into precise technical drawings. -Develop detailed CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects. -Create detailed shop drawings for all interior items. -Conduct site visits for measurements and verification. -Maintain organized records of drawings and documentation. -Collaborate with engineers/designers and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You Bring

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an interior design / fit-out company in Dubai. -Ability to travel or commute to the job location in Al Quoz -Strong understanding of materials and finishes. -Minimum of 5 years working as an Architectural Draftsman in an interior fit-out company in Dubai. -Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. -Ability to work independently without constant supervision. -Excellent English communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
