Tasks

-Assisting with defects management and project handover processes -Monitoring works, progress claims, program, and budget performance -Assisting the Development Manager in keeping projects on time, within budget, and to company quality standards -Supporting project management tasks including progress tracking, reporting, contract administration, and attending meetings -Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are captured and delivered

What You Bring

Experience in Architecture or Project Management is a strong fit for this role and will allow you to make an immediate contribution to the project and team. This is a great role for someone looking to build practical development experience in Sydney and work alongside a small, focused team on real projects. -Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders -Proactive, hands-on, and eager to develop across the full development lifecycle -Background in Architecture, Project Management, or similar discipline -Some experience on residential or multi-unit developments; PBSA exposure is a plus but not essential -Work closely with experienced Development and Project Managers, building practical skills in coordination, contract administration, and project oversight
