10‑week paid construction internship supporting project scheduling and coordination.

Tasks
-Communicate construction progress/feedback and home completion date to the company through weekly reports -Work closely with trade partners and the management team to ensure open communication on all matters; produce quality work and provide proactive resolution of issues that may arise -Support the supervision and scheduling of daily trade partner activities while ensuring compliance with City/County/State requirements and building codes -Maintain and organize construction files for use by management and other field Associates

What You Bring
-Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines -This position may be eligible for commissions. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -Must be authorized to work in the United States -Current Junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred) -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Interpersonal and customer service skills -Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage -Organizational skills and attention to detail -Verbal and written communication skills -Working towards a bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or similar degree
