Overview

Assist COO with scheduling, communication, documentation, and task management.

Tasks

-Oversee the COO's emails and calendar, ensuring he is on time, prepared for meetings, and aware of his schedule. -Assist the COO with daily to-dos and ensure deadlines are met. -Handle scheduling, confirmation emails, and calendar management. -Prepare necessary information for meetings (e.g., emails, contracts, billing information, presentations, spreadsheets, reports). -Transcribe and send emails, memos, and other reports. -Document conversations, take notes, and help implement next actions to achieve business objectives (e.g., follow-ups, documenting ideas or process improvements, brainstorming).

What You Bring

-Ability to pivot quickly when priorities change and manage a to-do list with multiple tasks. -Proficient in PC, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. -Prior experience in an Executive Administrative role, Operations Coordinator role. -Bachelor’s degree in business or related -Strong critical thinking skills to interpret instructions and ask questions to complete tasks accurately. -Exceptional grammar, written, and spoken communication skills.
